The Nascar Channel i added won't play

I added Nascar HD channel and it shows purchased and hit to watch and it won't play.

NASCAR HD is not how to watch live NASCAR if your looking to watch that. The NASCAR HD you bought is a photo collection and a weather widget. It’s really a screen saver. It’s developed by OKKO. You can reach out to them

Does the issue only occur on NASCAR HD or across other channels installed on your Roku? Do you receive an error code or message? Please provide us as well the troubleshooting you've tried so we know what steps we should take next.
