I would do a more respectful request from Roku as noted below because we don't know what type of arrangement GLWiZ or Persian TV box have with those channels or Roku. 

I request that you please bring back Tamashakhaneh. It was a very popular app. If there are copyrighted materials, you can ask them to remove but keep all free-to-air channels.

There are other apps that are providing the same channels for a fee that may also be copyrighted.

Roku removed an app because a COMPETITOR filed a complaint. Let's do the same to them.

Roku allowed the competitor in this case GLWiZ, charges its customers subscriptions fees, while Tamashakhane was doing it for free. These 2 channels and Persian TV Box (that charges $240 for same content?!?!?) were beneficial for Roku, while Tamashakhane was not. I believe Roku is paid a portion of that subscription fee, therefore, Roku making a decision to delete a channel simply because they were... free. 

so Maxguard2000, I'm sorry but we're past that. Just report GLWiZ and Persian TV Box. If Roku is in fact following the law and court orders, they will block them both. but if Roku doesn't, then it means Roku  is just doing this for commissions it's being paid by said channels

If that competitor is charging the fees you say, odds are they are paying to legally stream the content. How do you know they aren't?

I wouldn’t mind paying a subscription fee if they were reasonable with their pricing, but they are making decent money even more than Netflix without creating anything new. Just stealing copyrighted materials from Filimo etc and charging the users crazy subscription fee. Anyway I already reported both Glwiz and TV box.

I'm from Toronto. I did Persian TV Box's first advertisement and met the owner. Also, I know GLWiZ owner personally.

Yes, I try to add to discussions if I think I can add some value. Sometimes it's helpful, and other times I recognize it's time to let someone more knowledgeable continue.

It showed it & later does not allow to be added.

So we never have Tamashakhane ? for good?

It's no longer available. You can get Ginikopersian instead which is free but has less channels.
