Is this preloaded with Tamashakhane or any equivalent? What I discovered, this is only an Android box.

The reason I bought the roku (two sticks or devices) was to have the tamashakhana channel. The roku without giving a reason removed this channel forcing people to watch their picked channels. I think these giant corporations take control of our life and lead this great country to a 21 century slavery, and our great powerful government cannot do anything about it. It’s shame that many our elder citizens suffer and nobody cannot do any thing about it.

My question is can I return these two roku devices to their fowners

You were misled by whomever offered the Tamashakhana channel. They did not have permission to stream the media they offered. That is illegal in the US. Roku removed the channel once they were notified it was streaming content illegally. They are forced to do this or Roku would become liable for damages from the actual copyright holders.

Roku does not have to give a reason for removing an illegally operating channel. The end user agreement states that channels can be removed at any time without notice. They have done it in the past for the same reason. 

Can you return your Roku devices? That depends on where you bought them and how long it's been since the purchase. Unless it was within the last few weeks, I highly doubt they are returnable. You might explore other content that is available on your Roku and see what else you might be interested in.

It looks like GLWIZ from Canada complained to Roku about Tamashakhaneh because they charge subscription fees and Tamashakhaneh was competing against them. Even Glwiz is not paying any copyright fee and is always showing Persian copyrighted material,  but they don't tolerate any other competitor! Typical Persian style 😄

possible.. I just dont understand why it took ROKU few years to figure this out and all of a sudden drop the program.

You guys know any good alternatives that ROKU may be considering? even if it is at a reasonable monthly charge, I would go for it.

You have eliminated the app that your users use the most which is beyond a let down. TAMASHAKHEN was taken off Roku and you have made a lot of people upset. I had recommended Roku to so many friends and family this is very disappointing and now Roku is officially useless!!!!

it's been confirmed GLWiZ complained to Roku. "GLWiZ" and "Persian TV Box" provide the exact content as Tamashakhane while charging its customers expensive subscription fees.

We as viewers and Roku users, should contact Roku and complain against "GLWiZ" and "Persian TV Box" channels for broadcasting copyrighted material from different outlets and channels. Please use the text below along with the subject line and email it to copyright@roku.com.

It has come to my attention two of your channels, GLWiZ and "Persian TV Box" are providing copyrighted materials from different countries without the required permission. It broadcasts TVs from Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, Iraq and Kurdistan without permission. Also TV series from private production companies in Turkey, South Korea, Iran and others.
