TSN asking fir subscription to watch but I have it through a service

I have TSN through my satellite service.  When I sign in through Roku it won’t let me watch anything saying I have to subscribe.  I already have it through Shaw Direct.  The TSN app works fine on my phone.  Streaming through my phone and not being able to use it while watching is getting annoying.  Why won’t the app work on Roku?

From the TSN streaming faqs page, https://www.tsn.ca/streaming-faq-1.1105604#one, after you select "Sign In", you should be seeing a tab that says "I am a TV Subscriber".  (this is where you should be able to enter your Shaw Direct credentials).

If still having issues, you may need to contact either TSN or Shaw to see why the credentials are not being recognized.
