Hi. Please help. I'm unable to log into TLA Gay Movies, although I already have an existing TLA account. You can either login with your current TLA login info, create a new one or exit. Upon entering my existing TLA login info, I'm prompted to let's create your account! I don't need to create a new account, since I already have a TLA account. Has this happened to anyone? If so, can you please provide any tips for troubleshooting. Thank you.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for the posts.
For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
Thanks,
Danny
Recognize that the Roku channel apps are created and maintained by the channels themselves, not Roku. Questions usually need to be directed to the channel.
I don't have this channel, but some channels don't let you log into your account until you actually attempt to load a program.
Thank you.
Having the same problem. Not accepting my password and no way to reset. This may be a quality control issue in programming the Roku portal as there should always be a way to reset.
As there are not a slew of other apps with login issues -- the board would be overwhelmed if there were -- then it is safe to assume the Roku end of a login process is working. That leaves the app. As @makaiguy suggested earlier, contact the app developer or the service.
If you want to do something in the meantime that may be of help, always ensure your Roku has the latest update. Settings > System > System update
Also, ensure the app is up to date. [Highlight app] > Options (the asterisk) > Check for updates

I note in most of Roku's responses on this community section and on support that any responsibility for faults is always shifted away from Roku. I also use AppleTV, and I must say that in contrast to Roku, Apple vet their apps and content to make sure that such errors do not affect users. Also, if there are purchase issues or subscription mistakes, Apple will correct them, unlike Roku. I regret purchasing this Roku device and wish I could return it, as it is vastly inferior and problem-laden in comparison to other similar products, and I will be relying more of the far superior support and service afforded on my AppleTV.
Roku uses a different operating system from Apple devices. Some think Roku uses Android. It doesn't. It's a different OS. Knowing how to programing in iOS or in Android doesn't mean they know how to program in Roku OS.
That's not to say you shouldn't stop using Roku. You do what you wish. But the reason most apps don't work is the fault of the apps and app developers. But believe as you wish. Truth doesn't care if you believe it or not. It simply is, and my reaction to it and your reaction to it makes no difference.

Condescending explanations and a patronizing "philosophy" about Truth do not justify the complete lack of quality control that Roku permits and allows to be published on its platform. Roku is a **bleep** platform and the attitudes and approach of Roku defenders I have encountered on this forum and from their support department have now led me to want to share my negative purchase experience to a much wider online community....

The fact remains that the apps are not the same. You either don't understand that or choose to ignore that. Most other Roku apps do not exhibit the issue. It's a developer issue.
Yes, Roku is like Google in that a lot of poor apps get into both the Roku Channel Store and the Google Play Store. Apple does a superior job of QA/QC in the approval process. Your choosing to blame Roku (or Google, if you use Android devices) for poor app quality that others built is a choice you make. I prefer to put the blame at the feet of those at fault.
You're not liking the answers doesn't impact the truth of the answer.
Apple TV is a good platform. If it better suits your needs, go Apple TV and don't look back.
Chromecast with Google TV, along with many Android/Google TV devices is a good platform, although several devices themselves are lower quality. Get a name brand device and you'll be okay.
I'm not a fan of Amazon Fire TV. The devices are traditionally underpowered, but for short term, it may be acceptable. Long term, it's a bad idea. But go with what you like.
Other platforms I'd avoid. Whatever you do, get a device that not only works as you like, but that has apps built by competent developers. Be aware that incompetent developers on one platform can easily translate to future develpment issues on other platforms, as the company isn't willing to invest in good programmers, and that is an area that is impacted early on, usually after customer service is cut back.
For the short term, any of those three alternatives would work well. For the long term, if Roku isn't for you, try Apple TV or Chromecast.

The problem is definitely with ROKU not tla gay movies, because after I add the channel from TLA Gay Movies using a code I try to access the channel via Roku 3 (use to be Roku 3 now it is something else). I am told, "To get started, either sign in or create an account using your Roku credentials. *By creating an account with us you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older."
Well the login/create account options below the above statement are as follows:
1. Sign In With TLA Gay Movies Account (Which is impossible because Roku will only allow email address used to login to Roku), so even when I changed my tla gay movies account login to match Roku's the password is not accepted.
2. Create Account: Which only allows for creating using Roku's account info (let's you create an account, but I can't access my TLA Gay Movies account movies with that account) or again when I use the same account usernames and passwords for both Web Sites the password is not accepted.
I have already tried working with TLA Tech Support on a couple occasions, but they first didn't understand the problem, and later stop trying without resolving the issue.
So, now I turn to Roku, because it is obvious to me that you have **bleep**ed up this connection, because I have successfully connected GHM (Gay Hot Movies), Pornhubpremium, Adam4Adam (aebn), and GAY Binge TV, where adding the Channel with the generated code is all there is to connecting the channel to ROKU, and no signing in with username and password is required.
ROKU either fix this or I will buy Sling Box again or Western Digital TV box, or any of several other Streaming boxes!!!!!!
