Syncing reelgood to trakt

If I go to Reelgood under my account and sync trakt to Reelgood does that sync my Reelgood history and program lists to trakt or is it the other way around (it imports my trakt programs to Reelgood)? I don't have any tracking set up in trakt at the moment and all programs are set up in Reelgood.  Do I have to manually add all my Reelgood watching programs to trakt manually?  If it syncs my trakt history to Reelgood, seeing I don't have any trakt programs set up, will it erase all my Reelgood programs?
