Subscription Payments for Crunchy Roll

Crunchy Roll is being paid for but when we log in it acts like we don’t have the premium subscription for it.

Is this subscription through Roku (appears on your account at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ) or directly with Crunchy Roll?  If the latter, try contacting Crunchy Roll.
