I keep reading people saying, have you contacted the channel provider? But no one is explaining who or what that is? What channel provider? It’s just my television who am I supposed to get in touch with exactly?

By the way, are you sure your Roku upstairs is connected to the same account as your other Roku(s)? Check the email address shown in Settings -> System -> About on all Rokus and make sure they match.

We understand that you have confusion regarding what the channel provider is. Please be advised that Roku only supplies the apps; when you subscribe to an app, they will be the provider to turn on the app. Those channels are authenticated channels. These channels will require a TV or cable provider subscription to access the content available on their channel.
For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Rediscover TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.
