Subscribed to CraveTv via roku and signed out from app

Wife signed off from CraveTV app and now I can’t log back into cravetv. It asks me to login with a crave account but my roku credentials don’t seem to work. Little help ? Do I need to factory reset the Tv ?

Nvm this. I managed to recover my cravetv credentials. All good now!
