Submitting content to channels

Does anyone know how to submit content? I want to submit my band's music videos to Rokus Rock House channel but I have no idea how to go about doing it.

Rock House is not Roku's channel, it just runs on Roku like hundreds of other channels.  Rock House is developed and maintained by an outfit calling themselves 1080pMedia.  Here's their submission form:
