I agree, I almost thanked them a few days ago and I figured, FOR WHAT. A major change like that happens and they come on only to disappear and ignore us for weeks. 4Q Roku. Maybe the company's you sold out to will correct all of your nonsense problems or at least stand behind their products. Most of all, they will have a customer service department that's not hand tied by a screwball owner. Shove your money, Tony.

This just started again last night. All the channel numbers gone except for local what is wrong with you people? Restore the channel numbers please so I can find what I'm wanting to watch. This is really poor customer service. When my Roku TV dies I will not be using Roku ever again it is not worth the hassle

@edua1965 Roku slipped in a sort function for the channel guide. The channels can now be sorted by recommended by Roku or numerical order with the default being recommended which makes the channel lineup look jumbled. Fortunately, it's a simple matter to go one spot over in the channel guide from programming to any channel name, press * on the remote and select Sort from the popup menu to set the sort to numerical order.
