Stellar Channel

I bought some tickets to two events (Smuin and Frida Kahlo) on the Stellar.com.  In my stellar account, the tickets show up, but when I go to the Stellar Channel on my Roku Device, it says no tickets are available.  Do the tickets only show up 30 minutes before the event or am I doing something wrong.

I assume you must have an account with Stellar.
Are you logged into that account when on the Roku?
