You'll need to log out of the Spectrum app and then log back in. You may also want/need to start a chat (online or by phone) with Spectrum customer service and ask them to "send a signal" to your TV. I did both at the same time, so I'm not sure which did the trick (maybe both!), but it worked.
This is how to log out of the app on your Roku player:
- Once you get the error code, select OK.
- The Spectrum app will open (and you'll see the guide along the right side), but no video content will be streaming through.
- Click (once) the left arrow in the top left corner of your Roku remote "<--" to see the "Live TV - Guide - My Library - On Demand" Spectrum screen.
- Click on the settings gear icon on the bottom left corner to see several options, including how to log out. Then log back in. (No need to exit the app or restart the Roku player again.)
