Every time I start Spectrum, I have to turn off the closed captions. I have been unable to locate anywhere in the app or in Roku setup that would allow me set captions off as default. 

Help appreciated!

Thanks for the post.

To toggle closed captions through Roku, you can go to Settings > Accessibility > Captions.

If you need further assistance with controlling features and functionality specifically with the Spectrum channel, 

you'll want to contact Spectrum support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks Danny, been there, done that. But every time I start the app the captions are enabled again.
