Spectrum App on Streaming Stick 3500X remote clicks delayed

I have troubleshot this issue for several hours.  The issue is only on the Spectrum App version 6.8 build 1 on my streaming stick 3500X.  I have an integrated Roku on a TCL TV and this is not an issue.

When the Spectrum App is loaded the app has a several seconds delayed response to buttons on any remote (tried the remote the SS came with as well as my iPhone).

Anyone else seeing this behavior on the 3500X SS (Software version 10.0.0.4209)?

Just throwing out that the 3500 is a very old device, and some apps have chosen to not support it, even though it's still officially supported by Roku. Personally, I thought the device was sluggish when it was new, and retired mine within weeks (bought it just to try it a stick form factor device). Even the superior 3600 is kinda sluggish compared to today's devices.

Perhaps some others that use the Spectrum app may be able to help. I hope there's a good solution for you.

Yep, aware the 3500X is long in the tooth...if it was sluggish on other apps or when maneuvering around the main Roku screens I would agree.  I only see a problem when in the Spectrum App...all other apps work without issue.

I was not suggesting that you abandon attempts to get things working as you like, just advising to temper your expectations.

I will add that if you are generally happy with the performance of the 3500, you'd be thrilled with the current models.
