Yay! You are welcome!
I deleted the Spectrum app off one Roku device in December, not thinking it would delete it from all the TV's/Rokus on my account. When I went to use Spectrum on a different Roku, it was gone and I could not reinstall it. I have been waiting for Spectrum and Roku to kiss and make up. Also, pondering if I should get an Apple TV (which I did not want to do). After reading this thread, I just called Spectrum and the CSR was able to send me a link to get Spectrum back on my Roku. Thank to the posters on this thread and to the Spectrum CSR.
That is exactly what happened to me. I deleted Spectrum from a Roku streaming stick that I gave to a family member but was still logged into my Roku account. I even did it on a separate Wi-Fi connection at a different location. Apparently, if you delete any apps from any of your Roku devices it will remove it from all devices associated with your Roku account. Glad to hear that the solution worked for you also. Yay!
Im wondering if the Spectrum app will update on our Roku devices when Spectrum puts out an app update. Or are we stuck with the same version over time. Actually wondering if Spectrum will even bother updating the Roku version of the app. In my case I never lost the app on my Roku devices but the question still applies.

The channel code provided is associated with a channel not available in your region.
Any idea if there is a list of channel codes on the web?
When attempting to load in a code for a private "uncertified" channel not shown in the Roku channel store you may receive an error message saying "The channel code provided is associated with a channel not available in your region". This appears to be a generic error message that is returned when one enters a code for which there is no corresponding channel app. If you enter any old nonsense letter combination you get the same error message. The error message is more or less technically correct -- if the code is invalid it does not represent a channel available in that region -- but it is misleading.
If you enter a valid private channel code you are given a warning about the channel being "uncertified", but you can go beyond that and install the channel to your account. Like any channel installed to your account via the website, as long as your device is one supported by the channel app it will be installed to your device on the next update of the device's software, You can force an immediate update via Settings > System > System update.
For regular "certified" channels, install in the normal way via the "Streaming channels" menu option on the Roku home screen, or by logging into the Channel Store on the roku.com website.
For more information on private channels, here's an article on rokuguide.com.
I Googled and could not find any listing of channel codes for Spectrum anywhere. I have heard that there are different codes for different regions. The channel code I mentioned in my post worked for where I live in the Los Angeles area. As far as I know, the only way is to have Spectrum send you the email that I mentioned in my original post. Then, click on the link in the email and it will automatically populate the channel code field on the Roku website. There is another post on this thread that mentioned they were able to recover the app with that email from Spectrum also. You should probably use the email subject line that I included in the original post exactly as written (“Spectrum TV App Update for Roku Users"). Tell the Spectrum rep that’s the email you need. Good luck.

Yes - in fact the Spectrum TV app updated on Tuesday to version 6.5.2
Thank you, StreamerUser! Curious, how did you find the day / date that the Spectrum app updated?
I have Version 6.5, Build 2. I don't have a date associated with it, so I don't know how old it is. When I clicked "check for updates" a message indicating, "Spectrum TV is up to date" appears.
Same here. Just wondering how the person above knew it updated on Tuesday.
