I have recently been having issues with some videos not working with my ROKU device, a Roku Ultra. This is with the Rumble app. Some videos don't load, and this is with several people that I follow. I have spent hours in chat. I keep getting closed out. The last time, the "specialist" didn't even have the respect to converse with me. Just ended the chat. Throughout the morning, I was told to get the latest software (which was up to date), remove the app and reload it, reset to factory state, and change to the hotspot from my phone, all of which I complied with, but it did not help. I sent a video showing the issue. I was told that it was a rumble app issue, but the rumble app works perfectly from my phone as well as my husband's phone. The videos in question play on the phone as well as on my computer, so it is not the videos that are at issue. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to why my ROKU will not play all videos?
