Smithsonian channel stopped working last week. I have tried activating onb3 different Rokus over the past 3 days. Deleted and reinstalled Smithsonian channel app.

Get activation code on roku

Enter in browser at Smithsonian.com/ activate

Redirected to the provider and authenticate

Get message in browser Success You're in

Roku flashes a message Success or something for less than a second then switches to You are not authorized

For more information about that channel's account authentication functionality, It's best to reach out directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel login. Please be noted that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication and many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
