Channels & viewing

Within the last 36 hours something happened that the SiriusXM channel closes about a 1/4 second after opening and displaying what's playing on the SriusXM channel.  There are no error messages before returning to the Roku home screen.  There is also never any audio from the channel before it closes.

Steps I have taken so far:

1 - Made sure my SiriusXM account was still good.    I am still able to stream with their app on my phone.

2 - I made sure Roku was up to date.  The issue persists after the update and subsequent reboot.

3 - I checked for channel updates.  None available.

4 - Removed then re-added the channel.  The issue persists.

5 - Rebooted Roku again.   The issue still persists.

Can you please look into this?

Me too. Same problem. Have tried removing the app, rebooting Roku, reloading the app and logging in several times to no avail. It opens and then immediately closes. One time it started to buffer for a few seconds, but then went back to the home screen. Streaming works on all my other devices, (phones, pc's tablets, etc) so this has to be a specific Roku streaming issue.

SiriusXM app crashes immediately upon opening. Reload and reboot are no help.

I too am having the same issue...select channel, loads then goes right back to home...I am online with siriusxm support to see if it is an issue on their end also

Have Pandora cranked up while siriusxm looks it over...
