I am still having the problem still after a few weeks. I've now just deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now I can't log in using the same credentials I use online. Help!

You'll need to reach out to SiriusXM support for help logging into their channel/service. Roku has no ability to assist with your username or password for external channels/services. You can reach SiriusXM support here: https://www.siriusxm.com/contactus

Experiencing same issue on Hisense Roku TV (2019)
I solved the issue by deleting the Sirius App on Roku and reinstalling it.
Same. After deleting and reloading, it worked again
Logging out and re-logging in also fixed my issue.
Removing Sirius from the channel list, restarting the Roku device and re-installing the SiriusXM channel worked a dream. Thank you
