This worked for me
Give me a break, that didn't work before I posted the issue and hasn't worked for many people and repeating it doesn't make it work.
Again referring it back and forth blaming each other both Roku and SiriusXM just pi$$es of customers of both companies.

Now In my bedroom the app says loading, displays a song title and then kicks back to the Roku home screen.
it seems SiriusXM only works on one Roku, whatever the last Roku was that you installed it to. If I uninstall it here and reinstall it, it will break on the Roku Ultra living room. Then I would reinstall it there and it would break in the bedroom.
Its Wed 01/26.2021 and i am unable to stream Sirius XM via my ROKU devices . I am getting the same error " Content Error" I have tried everything listed here multiple times spoke with Sirius XM advance support (that was painful) and they were of no help ) I even reset my ROKU device back to factory setting still unable to stream Sirius XM. I am able to stream via my phone and via my cable provider bit not thru teh ROKU .
No clue where to go from here.
This "content error" literally just started happening about 15 minutes ago. I listened to SiriusXM all day and then after turning it off for a bit, turned it back on and this error constantly. Cannot even log out/log back in of SiriusXM. The "content error" message appears before I get a chance to. I uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the Roku and still nothing. SiriusXM works fine on my phone and PC.
I tried going to the app and hitting the asterisk for "options" right away. The siriusXM log on screen popped up. After entering username and password, it started working again. Not sure if trying to go to "options" had anything to do with it.
You may be right, I did the following on my 2 Roku Ultra's that were having that problem:
1. Deleted SiriusXm App
2. Did Settings > System > System update
3. Did System Reset
4. Added SiriusXM app back
5. Went to check version of SiriusXm App by highlighting app (maybe hit ok? but don't think so) then hitting *
6. Email & Password popped up for SiriusXM app
7. Entered Email/Password
8. Now SiriusXm app is working for me!
I just flipped back over to the Roku to try again. When I clicked on the SiriusXM app, it immediately had me input my login credentials again. Once I did that, it worked. I didn't need to go to options first. Must have been a blip on either Roku or Sirius' end.
Excellent , i just had the same experience with getting the logon screen . I am good to go
