Re: “Singapore TV” channel not working properly

Hi @moonwalker0921

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried removing the Singapore TV channel then adding it back in? Try giving it a shot! To ensure that the troubleshooting steps will be effective, follow the steps below and you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.

    • Note: If you are removing a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you must cancel the subscription before you see the Remove channel option. For help identifying this type of subscription channel, read the detailed article about removing a channel.

  2. Restart your Roku device: If it is inconvenient to reach the power cord to unplug your Roku device, you can restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart on a player, or Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart on a Roku TV.

  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

    • Note: If you are adding a subscription channel billed to your Roku account, you will need to resubscribe.

However, if the channel still seems outdated, we suggest reaching out to Singapore TV support directly to report the issue and for further assistance. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.

All the best,

Kariza

Re: “Singapore TV” channel not working properly

It's a scam! ROMANIA TV is not even loading, is asking to "Purchase" even after I paid for Subscription!!! LomitosCrew doesn't exist (search with any engine, you'll not find them).

Re: “Singapore TV” channel not working properly

Hi @Anonymous2,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

We're sorry to hear that you're having this experience.

We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.

Please keep us posted.

Regards,
Mary

Re: “Singapore TV” channel not working properly

It's not a channel that won't work. As soon as you pay for subscription, the channel ask you to Purchase. Click on purchase, then nothing happens. Checked on Internet details about the developer, guess what, no where to find them: no website, no contact details. This particular developer it's just a scam! And there are more of them "selling" same kind of subscription!
