I have an entire year subscription to Shudder, but Roku isn't letting me access it. It tells me to sign in with my Roku username and password but when I do it says its invalid but it's not. Having lots of channel access issues lately and am tired of it.
How is your Shudder subscription obtained? Directly with Shudder on its web page? Through Roku on The Roku Channel? Through some other third party?
How are you attempting to access Shudder on the Roku? Via the Shudder channel app? Via The Roku Channel?

@charlotteshoen, when you subscribe through a 3rd party like Amazon or Roku there are often significant restrictions like that subscription can only be used on certain devices or within certain apps. It's not really a Roku issue. If you want the most freedom with a subscription always subscribe directly with the provider. If that Amazon subscription is useful anywhere on a Roku device it would most likely be within the Amazon Prime channel/app if Shudder is even available there.
