I have checked my software and it is up to date. The problem I am having is that certain channels keep disappearing from my home screen and I have to re-load them. Other channels that I have deleted will appear and I will have to delete them again. It has happened three times this past week. I have not checked my other devices to see if it is device specific or general. But I will the next time it happens.
I solved the issue I was having, I'm not sure fixed it but I did the following:
Rebooted internet provider supplied modem box
Rebooted router
Did a factory reset to the rokus, and re installed everything...
I don't know which step fixed the problem but it works now.
Was it a permanent fix, because I did this and it still did not work.
I’ve done this and every other trouble shooting suggestion and nothing has worked. At this point I think I just need a new streaming stick.

@MsTan713 If you are using a USB port on your TV to power the stick change to a wall outlet.
