What do we do if we thought we had a hardware problem and did a factory reset? Not none of the channels will populate. I cannot add any channels. I even bought a new device and am having the same issue.
ROKU no longer has customer service or technical support.I suspect they will be losing a lot of customers as they should!
Since original post, I’ve discovered that I’m completely unable to add or remove any channels from the home menu
Anyone, able to, install channels yet??
Workarounds do not work for me. Watching for a fix

Sorry to hear that @alarman25. We are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and then you'll be able to re-add your channels.
Not able to uninstall channels either
Also not able to add any channels and after restarting from scratch have lost all the channels. Please fix soon!
I just did a factory reset too and it deleted everything and now I can't get any channels either:(
I seriously wish I would’ve never bought this TV I’ve had nothing but problems with it dropping the perfect Internet that I have and having to factory reset to get it to connect to the Internet and now today I had a factory reset for the third time today and now my channels won’t load. I think I’ll just sell this TV off and buy a decent one
