Necesito ayuda, porque no me permite entrar a MLB y Disney + y esos canales hasta el día de ayer los podía ver perfectamente bien y hoy tienen un mensaje de que hay problemas para acceder que trate de nuevo más tarde.
@Bulldogbilly, if you can't navigate the Home Screen it has nothing to do with any service interruption. Have you tried new batteries in your remote? Can you use the Roku app on your phone/tablet as a remote?

I had xfinity streaming on my TV with a roku box. It worked. It is gone now and when trying to install I get a "Channel install failed" message. I spoke to Xfinity for HOURS on many days, they say it is up to Roku to fix. Please provide me with a number to reach support at Roku.
