I had service interruption about 40 minutes ago, but I wasn't trying to add channels. We were watching and it just shut down. I called my provider and we checked that we have the WIFI service. I need help either rebooting etc my ROKU for TV. Can you help please?

Our Roku 3930x just stopped working, can't find wireless information. Purchased another model, same problem. My it finds my WIFI and just will not accept my password, although all the other devices to include our Roku Tv works fine. I suffer from multiple mental issues to include PTSD. I don't understand??
This need to be fixed right away!!!!

Finally got HBO MAX to update to 50.45 now getting crash with error "Lost connection to the server. Error Code: 104" ... whyyyyyyyyy???
No- it is not resolved! This is the second time in two weeks that my Roku is showing "not connected". What is the problem. This is very frustrating!
I also can't add any channels, and my Vanity code does not work either.
