I cant add or delete any apps themes wallpaper nothing. I can do everything else except this. How long until its fixed?

This is very frustrating not being able to add channels i’ve tried everything all night and this morning it’s very annoying.

I just set up my Roki Ultra device. I am not able to add any chance. I get message "Channel Install failed"

No luck installing any channels on brand new Roku TV. Old Roku USB Stick still works fine. Unable to sync two Roku devices connected over the same wifi (which would make for a handy work around if possible). Please sort this out post haste. Not a good look for Roku.

I bought a new Roku Streaming Stick Plus today: 27/09/2021. Went through the whole set up. Can't add a single streaming channel. Every time I get the message 'Cannot add channel'. The suggested work arounds didn't help. 

I've done a factory reset, system update etc. No joy.

My old Roku box worked without any problem. Guess I'll have to go back to it.

Costco today!

I am having the same problem.  I just bought a Roku 4 express 4k+ and am getting an error message that it couldn't download.  It told me to do a system update but that does nothing.

My Roku Ultra still cannot install channels. Tried setting up a new one and NOTHING added.. not even the basic apps or wallpapers. Please fix soon
