Channels & viewing

My new Roku express is doing the same thing. No channels pre-loaded and unable to download any either. Is this being fixed or do I need to return?

No matter how I attempt to add channels to my Roku Express 4K+ I am unable to do it.  Tells me channel can't be added.

So frustrated.

Same thing for me. I reset to factory settings because sling would not load on my roku 2. I am able to watch sling on my PC. I tried to factory reset several times with no luck. No channels will load on my home screen on the roku 2.

I am unable to install the pandora app. New roku, installed Disney +, hbo, etc without issue. When I select “install” it spins for a minute then says “unable to install pandora”. Roku software is up to date, I’ve reset it, cache is cleared.....

I tried reboot. Still same problem: cant add channels

I am setting up my ROKU 4K+ to my samsung TV. This is my 8th roku in my house. 

It wont add channels. I have completed a factory reset and also checked for software updates. 

Other ideas? Is it a compatibility issue with the TV?

The same problem started today, new Roku account didn't help. This is on all 4 of my Roku's. Did a system reset on one of the four now that one has no channels.

I'm having the same issue on both of my Roku devices.  I get a channel install failed error on any channel I try to add.

Don't do a factory reset you will end up with zero channels. Roku has been no help, I had already done all the things from the scripted help manual.
