i am in US and trying to add the new ROKU TV Channel. keeps saying Channel Install Failed but gives no specific reason. does not seem to allow me to add any channels.
In some cases, your Roku may just need to be rebooted. Try to restart and maybe the problem will gone cookie clicker
I just set up my daughters new TV. She has a 32 inch Hisense. I am unable to add any channels
Did a factory reset because I was unable to add channels and delete channels. Now it's just a paper weight. And ideas??
I just did a factory reset because it kept exiting apps now I can't download any apps.
I just bought a new onn roku tv and I will not add channels after replacing at the store found that the replacement is doing the same and all my current roku tvs are having the same issue is there a fix in the works ?

I’m having the same issue. Just bought a brand new express 4K and cannot download any apps at all. Is there a fix for this?
My new Roku express is doing the same thing. No channels pre-loaded and unable to download any either. Is this being fixed or do I need to return?
