I restarted my box as I couldn’t add any channels after restarting my box all my channels had been removed and I cannot add them back

Unable to add OR delete channels to or from my Home Screen….hoping this is resolved soon! Thank you…I still love my Roku 😌

I have done Factory Reset on my device twice, Rebooted the wireless router, and reset the Network settings again. I also tried using my phone's hotspot as well. I have been not able to install any ( I repeat ANY) channels. It just says Could not add "Channel Name"

My Roku 3 will not let me add channels. I reset to factory default and now it will not let me add any channels.

It will not let me add any of my channels back keep saying connection failed but I just watched tv with my Roku lastnight so i don’t understand why it’s doing this.

Bought an express 4K this morning. Spent all day going around in circles but still no channels. It boldly states" Easy setup" on the box... What a heap of **bleep**!

It normally is easy to set up. Whatever glitch this is is making it hard. It most likely won't work setting up until they figure out a fix.

Got this error after I'd done a factory reset

Did the factory reset again and created a new Roku account, and then the channels added. But that could have been coincidence and they may have fixed the issue.

Not a great experience - I thought the box was bricked
