I can use home screen and browse Apps but one i pick something to watch my screen will turn black but i can hear the sound. What do i do?
I would look at the HDMI cable and the power supply as culprits.
While streaming, unplug the HDMI cable from both the TV and the device and then plug it back in and see if that helps.
Regarding power supply, try using a power adapter at the wall (cell phone charger 5 volt, at least 1 amp) instead if you are currently using your TV's USB port for power. If already using a power adapter, try using a new power adapter.
