Roku works fine loading and bringing up channels but then as soon as I try to click on a video on YouTube the audio continues to work but the screen remains black, also shows the skip bar and the mini picture of what you're skipping to but picture stays black

Does this issue only happen on the Youtube channel or does it happen across all channels? Have you tried removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
