Russia IVI channel missing from available channels

Two days ago the Russian streaming channel IVI stopped working so I deleted the channel to reinstall and noticed it was no longer available. Is there a problem with IVI? or with Roku? Or is it something else?

It looks like it was removed from the Channel Store.  Either it was pulled by the developer or it was pulled by Roku, but good luck getting an answer out of Roku.
