I just bought a Season Pass to Box5TV channel today and added Box5TV channel to my Roku channels but Roku won't accept my Box5TV Username and/or Password when I try to access Box5TV. What is the problem?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Box5TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Same. I'm wondering if it is because the login is different from my Roku login.
It should be working. Doesn't matter that the login credentials are different. I use services that have different credentials without any issue.
Perhaps something is causing an issue with the app. Maybe the download was corrupt, of some other issue occurred. To rule this out, or fix it if it is the issue, do the following, in this order:
All three steps, in that order. Some people will do the reboot out of order. Don't.

Hi, thanks. Since I signed up for a Box5TV account and immediately tried to add it to my Roku account, I finally decided I may have a 'propagation' problem so I waited a day. That worked, I was able to bring up Box5TV on Roku, however, when I try to load an event, I get a perpetual 'Retrieving' note but nothing ever loads. I'm too old for this!
