Amazon Prime app closing when I hit play on the Roku un install the app restart the device install again same thing .. Format the roku add app ones more same thing was watching 2 hrs ago no issues with internet ... Is this a scam ?? Or what ??
No scam - seems to have affected many of us, myself included on and Express+.
Looks like a software glitch.
Check out the other thread on this forum: "Prime Video crashes Feb 17/2021".
Supposedly they released a fix in and update.
Open the Prime App and click the * button. Then select the update option.
I haven't tried it yet because we have a projector setup and need to wait till it gets darker to seen the screen.
