On both my Roku TVs Live TV will not load and the channel guide has disappeared.  I have checked software and rebooted everything.  I can, however, access channels with my voice remote.  How can I restore the home screen features?

To clarify, are you referring to the Roku Live TV Channel guide tile or a specific channel within the Live TV? Also, is the Roku Live TV Channel guide tile visible on your Roku home screen? Could you please let us know which Roku device you are using?
