Roku keeps going in and out

My roku keeps going in and out. When I'm watching something 5 min and it goes back to the menu page. I have restarted unplug and don't what else to do. Imagine watching something and after everyy 5 min your kicked out.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku? How are you powering your device? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet?
