All love Roku, people buy Roku Ulta for Dolby Atmos and vision support, if Roku has only Netflix in UAE, why selling it, people just won't buy Roku device just to access Netflix. This is very disappointing. As Roku provide best channels in many regions. Soon developers should work for all regions.

Roku only sells their devices in regions they officially support. These days it's easy to get something anywhere in the world, but I'm betting you didn't get it through Roku.

Roku doesn’t list the UAE as a supported region so I’m assuming the seller is not an authorized retailer.

There are a lot of unauthorized retailers. Sometimes they may be worth the risk. Sometimes not.
