Roku has become like broadcast TV with all the Advertisements

I have had Roku in one form or another for several years. Recently the advertisements have started to multiply about 4-7 ads every 7-10 minutes. This is excessive. And advertising other channels while I am trying to watch a movie makes me unhappy. I am thinking about going back to cable or maybe Starlink because this is as bad as broadcast TV. I am very unhappy about this and will pursue other options. I am sad about this because I have had 2 Roku boxes and a Roku TV.

Unless you pay to subscribe to ad-free versions of premium services, good luck finding services with any less adverising.
