First - this trend of making customer support inaccessible is really annoying.
I generally use my Roku for the NFL Total Access app. When I first installed the Roku and the app, I only had to enter the password once. This year, I'm forced to enter it every time I wish to watch. Is there something wrong with the Roku not remembering the password, or did the app decide to be difficult. Either way, if I have to enter the password every time, and I'm forced to make it easy to type (therefore easy to guess) it defeats the purpose of forcing people to log in every time.

Is this issue that you are experiencing only happening on the NFL Total Access app or does it happen across all of your channels that you use to stream?

Seems to be sporadic. CBS Paramount+ seemed to remember it, but Amazon Prime did not. I still need to go rule out the Roku before I go cancel my NFL Total Access subscription.
