Roku channel on Samsung Frame TV

I have the Roku channel app downloaded on my Samsung Frame TV. I have parental controls set up for PG 13 and up blocked. I cannot get shows rated G like Price is Right to work. I need to contact Roku directly but do not see a way to contact. Please help. Thank you!

Have you tried removing the parental controls entirely to see if anything plays?

You can contact Roku support at https://support.roku.com/contactus , but I honestly don't know if they give any kind of support for The Roku Channel on non-Roku devices.  One of the first questions they ask is "what's your Roku device's serial number?".
