The Roku channel is suddenly not working on my Roku Ultra device that is connected to my TV. Other channels are working. I recently added a STARZ subscription to my Roku channel and was looking forward to watching it on my TV. I was able to watch on my computer laptop. The Roku account is active and acknowledges the add-on subscription under the free 7-day trial period. I'm just not able to watch on my TV while other channels (subscription and free channels) are working on the TV Roku device.
Unplug the device for about 30sec. This issue happens to me from time to time and simply plugging it back in seems to fix whatever the problem is.
