Roku Ultra 4800R won't save channel login info

Recently replaced my Roku 3 (2013) with the Roku Ultra -- purchased thru Roku site at a discount. I reloaded all my paid channels and logged into each one at initial set up. A few hours later tried to watch HBOMax and had to reenter all my password info... tried ALL the channels and other than Netflix, I had to reenter the info again. Next day, same thing - I've now had to login to each channel multiple times to watch my shows.

What is the issue Roku?! I've tried adding channels from the website, and restarting it multiple times but it will not remember any of the login info. Next advice online is to reset my Roku password, unlink this new Roku device and start all over again -- seems like a lot of hoop jumping! Please Roku, don't make me pack this device up and ask for a refund -- I never had this issue with my trusty old Roku 3.

I had that happen once, but that was the first time I had updated and went through EVERY channel to check them. If I just stick with the few I normally use, it doesn't lose the login info.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.

For us to isolate the problem, please provide us with the following information:

-Roku device model
-Serial number
-Device ID
-Software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

With more information, we will be able to assist you further.
