Roku TV - long purple bars keep coming up on my television On the left side of my TV a long purple b

On the left side of my TV a long purple bar comes up with the features of the Roku tv. When I’m watching movies they pop up as well and then go away is there anyway I can get rid of this problem.

Go through the various settings and look for something called "Store" or "Demo" mode and disable it.  I'm not sure, but it's possible that you have to factory reset it to get out of that mode.
