First- why does ROKU not have a support email for customers who have questions or need help? Where are the humans to assist people who’ve spent money on this products??
Second, why can I not access BBC Iplayer on my Roku. It shows up but won’t let me add the channel.
You might have an unsupported model. The BBC has a very specific list here:
Another possibility is that you aren't in a region where the app is supported on Roku.
