Roku SE cannot add Discovery Plus

We have a Roku SE and we are trying to add the Discovery Plus channel through this link: https://channelstore.roku.com/en-ot/details/2b3ca5091591fa3641a431a6af1f3468/discovery-plus

but the Add Channel button is disabled (in color gray). We have already paid for the subscription and the said channel is now available in the Philippines.

Please help, how can we add Discovery plus to our device?

There have been a few "SE" models.  What's the model number shown under Settings->System->About?  Not all models support all channels.

In addition, your link doesn't take me to Discover+ in the channel store which makes me wonder if it's really available on Roku in your region.
