I have been experiencing the Netflix app not working on Roku over a week or so. I can use my TV Netflix but not through Roku.

Have tried everything from reloading, modem, checked cables, you name it. Followed instructions seen here in the forums. Nothing has corrected the issue. Please help.

Could you share the details about the Roku device? We’d like to look into this more.

• Roku device model, Device ID, and Serial Number, Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (Press Home five times then press Back button five times)
• App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
