I had this problem and tried eveything. I read this post and saw no answers. On a whim, I uninstalled the amc plus on roku channel app as my subscription is through the regular amc plus app. Ever since, no issues. The two apps recognize each other and you can't be logged into both. Check to see if you have more than one amc plus app on your device and uninstall the one you aren't using. Hope this helps!
