Recently the Roku player has stopped loading available content when looking through the various options on the list from the Home Screen such as ‘What to Watch.’ There may be a couple of options shown, such as in ‘Live TV,’ but most of them all show nothing aside from blank boxes. I don’t really know why but I can say this began happening after I connected the Smart TV the Roku is hooked up with to the internet.

This is a new problem, I have not experienced it before.
I have not tried any troubleshooting except restart, reconnect, attempt to update, and wait.
I have a couple images but your forum will not accept them because of their size. As I was using my camera a couple of boxes began to load but it all goes very slowly. I am on a high-speed fiber connection with no other network problems as far as I can tell. I am not sure if the few that did load will disappear again or not. Can you provide me a way to get these images to you or instructions for downsizing them?
P.S. I have now verified that the few content boxes that did slowly load while taking the photos have again went blank. So this is certainly a persistent issue.

To reiterate, I am happy to send images but the only device I own is my IPhone 16 Pro which takes images larger than 3mb. Your instructions do not provide a way around this, so it sounds like I cannot provide them to you.
Yesterday evening after I responded to you and another support agent in a different thread some of the issues have changed a bit.
The blank boxes now are loading in chunks at a time but still slowly. If I navigate away from the area or stop using the Roku they all disappear again. When I return they will be blank and again proceed to load in slow chunks. Before I had these issues, everything on the Roku was always preloaded, I never had to wait or never would see blank boxes so something is amiss.
After seeing these changes I decided to check again for an update. I check for updates every day and automated updates is turned on. Either way I did get an update last night to:
Software version: 14.5.4 Build 5944-E4
After updating I am still seeing the same issues.
